So Below

Higher Vibration Is Not Necessarily Better....
How our Judgments have "Colored" our Experience."
There is an underlying assumption, a prejudice, especially in spiritual circles, that higher vibration is automatically better, somehow closer to God,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots,Just let them be, to Love.
This is a fundamental misunderstanding that has caused problems and ripple effects throughout the universe and for the manifested spirits (us).
Why has this happened? What is the original cause?
How has it manifested in Creation?
What patterns has it created on Earth?
How has it taken our Freedom away, but what's in that box you're sitting on?
Who has been interested in promoting this idea?
How can we learn to intuitively feel the difference between Loving Light/Vibration and Unloving Light/Vibration?
and
How can we heal and set this right so as to let Love, ease, the Golden Age, Heaven, The Garden of Eden, fun, play, openness back onto Earth fully manifest (As Above, So Below)?
Alacrity, speed, sharpness, intelligence, the lightning running across the sky, the quick wit, the quickness to anger, the blinding flash of rage, the intelligence that shames others...these are all of fast or "high" vibration. But they are not all loving.
Speed of Spirit, of Mind, Intelligence are exhilirating, like a roller coaster, like driving a car really fast, a speeding motorcycle, a space ship that travels through space and time, a mystic who can travel in his conciousness instantly to all parts of the universe. This is an exciting energy and can be really fun...but it is not always healthy or loving.
When you look at the visible light spectrum from black to white, R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. (Black)- Red- Orange- Yellow- Green- Blue- Indigo-Violet- (White) it goes from slower to faster vibration of electro-magnetic energy as you go up the spectrum from black to white.
Does this mean that we don't like red or orange? just because they are "lower" and "slower"? If we're honest, the opposite is true on earth, many of us like red, orange and black better, they feel more powerful than the other colors. It's crazy to label any color "bad" or "wrong" because they have a lower freguency of light vibration. The whole spectrum is needed for light to function.
But that's what we do...we label the "lower" chakras more "base" more animalistic than the "higher" chakras, which are supposedly more "pure".
An Updated Description of the Colors of our Chakras (wheels of energy)
1st Chakra - Red is the color of our survival chakra, the perineum, our rectum, our asshole, which by our judging it harshly has been turned into our "kill or be killed" chakra. When someone feels their life threatened they often lose control of their bowels and bladder. The Red chakra in it's natural state is passion, heat, incredible warming sustaining, nurturing energy, like the red molten core of the earth itself. We shame each other by calling each other "assholes". What the profanity, the swear words, are in a culture tells us what that culture has judged.
2nd Chakra - Orange is the color of your creative sexual energy chakra, your lust for love and life. Your wanting to live, to create, to explore. We have also heavily judged this chakra as wrong when spontaneusly wanting to express. We feel we need to "civilize" it, shackle it, only give it certain socially appropriate ways of expressing. Most spiritual traditions have made this chakra "wrong", or "base" and needing to be controlled. Western religions like Christianity, Islam, Judaism have just avoided dealing with this chakra altogether and if anything only let it be understood that sex is basically animalistic and wrong in God's eyes. More sophisticated spiritual schools have said that "desire is the cause of suffering" and we must raise our energy into the higher chakras finally achieving liberation out through the crown chakra. In these spiritual schools there is most often also a judgment against this chakra and an attempt to avoid having to deal with sex, lust, desire by focusing on the higher chakras. This does not work and often spiritual schools, monasteries, retreats, churches have active sex lives going on but in denial with everyone pretending it is not happening.
3rd Chakra - Yellow is the color of our Solar (sun = yellow) Plexus. Our feeling, sensing, intuitive center. This chakra has in the fallen creation made the decision of "flight or fight". This is where we feel our fear, our "butterflies" in our stomach is when this chakra is vibrating and sensing, trying to send us messages. We have judged this chakra heavily also. "You yellow bellied...so and so...". We have shamed each other into denying our fears. "Oh, no I'm not afraid. I'm willing to do the risky stupid thing so I don't look weak in front of the group". It has become easy to control others on earth by challenging their courage and calling them scared- "pussies"- wimps. 5000 wars have been fought on earth in recorded history by getting men to deny their fear and "Charge!" ahead to prove their courage and manhood mostly to their death. This has caused massive damage to the intuitive 3rd - yellow - solar chakra and so most men have lost touch with their intuition and are therefore easily controllable and without real free wills.
4th Chakra - Green is the color of Heart and also, not surprisingingly, the color of Love expressing on planet earth in her mostly green lifeforms. When earth receives the Love of the Sun what colour does she exuberantly overflow with? Green! all over the place! Heart is the solution, the pivot point, the gateway between the "above" and "below" chakras. Heart has been heavily denied, shamed, made fun of as impractical, naive, too sweet, too childlike, to function in our survival of the fittest, dog-eat-dog world. Jesus of course was Heart and symbolically Heart is hung on the cross between heaven and earth and killed, sacrificed. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in all the western countries because those are the countries where we have most heavily denied our hearts in favor of technology-mechanism-intellect. Without opening this chakra there is no possibility of having real enjoyable Life on earth.
5th Chakra - Blue is the color of our throat chakra and the one currently controlling the earth. These are the police forces "The (thin) Blue Line" protecting us from those horrible "lower" chakras. Blue is the voice telling others what to do, how to live, and shaming us with words if we don't do what blue "knows best". This has become the dominator color on earth. Controlling people with words. Blue likes to mix itself with White which they think represents God, but remember White is also the color of blinding flashing rage, Lucifer. Lucifers name means the brightest whitest light in the Universe. There needs to be the feeling of Love in the white light or else it becomes domination of others.
6th Chakra - Indigo is the color of the spiritual seer. The visionary, the third eye in the center of our foreheads. Indigo has been caught in between the Purple and Blue chakras, between Spirit and Dominator. Indigo has had a hard time because neither Blue nor Purple has wanted to hear from each other or cooperate and Indigo has been the go-between that has often been rejected by both sides. Indigo can see where we are heading and tries to warn those in control (blue and purple) but blue and purple have mostly been interested in keeping their control no matter what they need to to, who or how many have to be killed, even if the Earth itself needs to be blown up and sacrificed. Indigo has had a very hard time on earth trying to share what it sees.
7th Chakra - Purple/Violet is the color of this "crown" chakra. Kings, royalty have used this color to legitimize their "crowns", their ruling others, their hearing directly from God above and dispersing the white light down into the body. But the side of purple that hasn't let itself be seen very much is the control, the feeling "above it all", ruling with an iron hand the "lower" castes of people. Purple sometimes has a perspective of "the masses are asses" and need to be controlled. Purple hasn't wanted to incarnate fully, has wanted to remain above it all. Sexually this has often manifested in wanting to watch the "lower" ones have sex, instead of having it themselves.
Many spirits on earth are of one dominant color, we are blue spirits, red spirits, yellow, green spirits etc. This is the color that we originally were birthed out of by God/Goddess, Father/Mother or created in the electromagnetic spectrum of visible energy for Earth if you prefer a more scientific, non-theistic approach.
So in the current creation on earth, Purple and Blue spirits have ruled while fighting each other for power with Indigo spirits trying to share a vision of a better way but getting used by both sides for information while rejected and killed as well. Green spirits have tried to inject Love and pleaded for balance between the first three chakras with the last three. But Heart- Love has been mostly rejected unless it is willing to fit into the boxes that purple and blue tell it is it's right place. Jesus, as Heart, acted out how Heart has been sacrificed in favor of control and domination on earth. Yellow tries to warn us that something feels off, is wrong, but is told to shut up and is mostly avoided and shamed. Orange is used as a slave to get pleasure from but is considered "base" and not accepted openly into the halls of power, and Red is labelled unstable, too passionate, given to fits of temper, uncouth, backward and needing to be strongly controlled and also enslaved to do the undesireable grunt work of society like garbage collecting, eliminating, digging ditches, building etc., but given no respect or acceptance.
So instead of a Rainbow balanced in Love with the colours melding, sharing, operating like a chorus, like a symphony to give colour, flavor, and stay open to what these feelings are telling you about others and events., fun and millions of possible combinations to explore in the creation, it has turned into a hell of fear, control, domination and war with blue and purple spirits hiding behind money and gated communities in the USA and Europe, using their police forces, technological weapons and armies to maintain control and "order", while green and yellow spirits plead and implore for more love and justice, and orange and red spirits are practically enslaved in low paying jobs, quarantined in jails, or fighting amongst themselves for whatever scraps of energy they can get. So most of the different colored spirits end up living short fearful, stressed lives on earth while hoping and telling each other that "heaven" is where there will finally be justice, peace, love, everlasting life, etc.
The truth is unless the balance is found on earth there is no real balance in the other dimensions either. "What you bind on earth you bind in heaven, what you loose on earth you loose in heaven." Why else would we continually come back and reincarnate by our free will choice? It is because when we go to the "other side" after death we see that we need to reincarnate to become free, to free up our energies, our crashed chakra systems. It is our choice to come back here. Usually when we return to earth we wonder what we are doing here, because we forget our intentions. And so it has gone for the last 5 million years with civilizations rising and falling with spirits trying to dominate one another.
This message is from an Indigo spirit seeing and wanting to share the vision in hope of assisting in others awakening.
Radical Truthtelling is the first step.
Nothing can stop you from your personal Awakening, all you have to do is to say Yes!

speaking your truth

Authenticity = Freedom
The most courageous thing a person can do is to live an authentic life. What is an authentic life? It is a life lived from your heart, speaking your truth, standing in your truth, living in your truth.
The problem with getting to this point of authentic freedom is that for most of us, we have no idea of who we really are. To get to know who you really are you must go deep within. You must be willing to look at all of your limiting beliefs; beliefs that tell you that you are bad, you are not worthy, you are not capable,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, and you are not enough, just to name a few.
We take limiting beliefs on our whole lives. From early childhood we learn from our parents, grandparents and siblings. Their opinions begin to shape and define us. Then as we grow, our peers and teachers affect us most. Society also plays a tremendous role in telling us who we are. It's up to us to know the truth.
Recently I had some Chinese food. As usual, I went for the fortune cookie first. That's the little kid inside of me wanting the sweet stuff first. 'You will get what you want as long as it is not extravagant.' I chewed on that fortune for a moment, agreeing with it. Then the taste of those words grew sour to me. I realized this was a limiting belief. "Whoa!" I said to myself. "Is this the truth for me?"
I knew instantly that I had held myself back my whole life, but it isn't acceptable. With hours to study the child, especially since my teenage years, from living with overflowing abundance,The problem with mixing the two questions is that when we are unhappy. When I was a teenager my family was pretty well off. We lived on Country Club lane on ten acres. We had a beautiful home and pool, drove nice cars, my dad had his own business and my mom stayed at home with my sister and me. We had most everything we could possibly need. I also did great in school. I graduated Salutatorian, was president of this and a member of that. I was the all-around student. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, I often felt judged for my abundance. I felt separate from the crowd because I felt different. What I didn't know until opening that fortune cookie was that I began to limit myself over the years with what I allowed myself to have. I had a limiting belief that if I lived with overflowing abundance then no one would like me.
Now I realize to truly live with authentic freedom that I must allow myself to live with overflowing abundance. I am overflowing abundance. And as I allow myself to receive this from the universe and release all limiting beliefs that people won't like me, my abundance can then overflow to the world around me.
We are all worthy of living fully with overflowing abundance. If you don't believe this for yourself, then I ask that you look at your limiting beliefs. This is just one limiting belief, and,It just did not feel right, boy, let me tell you, we all have many.
Limiting beliefs are like a cage locked tight with no opening in sight. But when you realize that you are the one who holds the key in releasing these beliefs, only then can you find freedom. Freedom comes from within. It comes from getting to know who you really are, releasing all limiting beliefs. And as you release your limiting beliefs and stand in your truth, your example shines a light for the whole world to see. Freedom will be yours when you give yourself permission to live authentically.

you experience the result of his persistence in the face of continuous failure.

21 Days to A Positive
This may come as a surprise... but your attitude is more important than your aptitude in determining your success in life!
Just how critical is attitude to achievement,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots? Well, all that is good within oneself. Begin and end the day with spiritually caring for yourself., take a look at one of the greatest inventors of the last two hundred years - Thomas Edison. Every time you turn on a light switch, you experience the result of his persistence in the face of continuous failure.
Edison tried 10,000 times to get his light bulb invention to work, but failed each time. However, he had this to say about his lack of success. "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
You can learn to have this kind of outlook on life, but it needs to be purposefully installed into your daily living.
You probably know it takes about 21 days to break a habit by replacing it with a new one. If you are plagued with persistent negative thoughts toward life, you can replace this mindset with a new positive-attitude habit!
Here is a 21-day five-step program to change a negative attitude to a positive one.
1. Take charge of what you're thinking.
This is a moment-by-moment decision that doesn't happen overnight. It's a habit that will take some time to build. How can you do this, cools the hot buttons of hatred or revenge? Choose to think uplifting thoughts instead of discouraging ones.
You get to decide what you think, which in turn determines how you feel. Become aware of this and dwell on positive ideas throughout the day.
At first you may have to force yourself to find something positive. Consider keeping a journal and write down at least one good thing in your life each day for three weeks. Then think about these blessings instead of discouraging thoughts.
2. Read inspirational material.
During this 21-day training period, fill your mind with good thoughts. The best book of all to read is that priceless diamond of world literature - the Bible. You'll never know what wonderful results from reading it are around the corner until you open its covers!
3. Focus on others.
For the next 21 days make an extra effort to help other people. Concentrating on assisting others will help you more than you realize. If you succeed in becoming wealthy but are poor in respect to your relationships, you will not be truly prosperous at all!
So make a special effort of focusing on others during your 21 days of building your new positive-attitude habit. This will free you up to allow the butterfly of happiness to land on your shoulder when you least expect it.
4. Take care of your health needs.
It's hard to maintain a positive mindset if you've neglected your physical needs. So during the 21 days of your attitude retraining make an extra effort to eat nutritious balanced meals, variable depending on field.
Not getting enough sleep will also be a tremendous hindrance, so make sure you're getting adequate rest. And don't forget to get enough exercise. When you feel down, try to take a brisk 30-minute walk. You'll feel revived!
5. Learn contentment
For the next 21 days focus on what you have and not on what you don't have. Live in the present and enjoy your blessings.
Try to forget acquiring stuff for the purpose of keeping up with others. That only leads to more anxiety. Be thankful for what you do have instead.
When going through difficult experiences - remember that adversity can be a blessing in disguise. You might learn some important lessons during those tough times - like Thomas Edison did. (I know I have.)
These lessons can turn into credentials that will enable you to help others when they're going through tough times.
So don't let negativity ruin your present and future. Instead, build a new habit of having a positive attitude. It will take about 21 days to start seeing consistent changes in the way you think, but it will be worth it!
Now choose the starting date for your attitude-renewal adventure and go for it!
How about today?

and keep writing until something else comes into your consciousness.

Creative Problem
Having trouble finding a solution to a nagging problem? Try a well-known journaling technique called stream of consciousness--you may be surprised at the creative messages you receive from your inner self.
Take the case of Shana, an online journaler who had a problematic relationship with a co-worker. When Shana allowed herself the "scary" experience of stream of consciousness journaling, she quickly realized her intensely emotional reaction to the co-worker was, in fact, related to a similar situation with an ex-spouse. In both situations Shana felt like a doormat--but until her journaling, she didn't realize the two were connected.
Stream of consciousness is a style of writing that is uninterrupted, unedited, and unstructured. Typically, a journaler approaches the blank page without intention--then simply waits for something to come. However,The next time a strange idea just pops in your head, when used as a problem-solving technique, approach your journaling with a specific intention, knowing that whatever comes out of your subconscious will contain clues to a solution.
Once you begin writing, don't try to make sense of it—just keep writing, ignoring any questions or comments coming from your mind. Remember, this isn't a mental or literary exercise, but rather an opportunity to give voice to the inner you. No matter how silly the words seem, just keeping writing. Don't worry about spelling, punctuation or grammar. Set a 10 minute timer and write until the 10 minutes are up,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. If your mind goes blank, just write something like, my mind is blank, my mind is blank, and keep writing until something else comes into your consciousness.
Wonder what another journaler's stream of consciousness writing looks like? This is a sample from a writer dealing with guilt over infidelity in a relationship:
broccoli, sting beans, rage, rivers, rockets, take me to the end of the world and drop me off the edge, oh columbus of mine with blueberries in your hair and apples in your eyes. cheeks of rosy red i am iam iamiamiam. skyrockets, fuses, short fuses burning til they can't be stopped, racing madly through space trying to catch up with yourself. get off the damned train. ribbons wrapped throughout my white matter, red, blue, green and yellow, trailing sadness and madness and getevenness. hearts a breakin, heads a breaking, hearts open and arrows leaking bloody mass you are. orange is the color of my true love's courage, black is the color of my loyalty and fidelity. pull the arrows out without leaving a scar, can you? bears watch over us as we sail through dragon-filled deserts, pyramids of shimmering green and gold and malachite, crystal balls guard the entry.
Although this may sound like gibberish to you, to the journaler, it contained several clues about the depth of her guilt, your heart, as well as insight into what brought about the infidelity. Like dreams, the symbols in a stream of consciousness journal session, are often best interpreted by the dreamer himself.
If you've never done stream of consciousness journaling, don't be afraid to experiment with different approaches, and relationships that are bound to last. For example, pick a topic--any topic--and writing everything you can think about it. Like fishing, or bicycles, or cats, or fans, or canyons. Frequently, when writing about a seemingly "random" topic, insight -- those ah-ha moments—will appear that actually solve a problem you weren't even thinking about.

yet you never seem to finish everything you set out to do

The Art of Effective Time Management by Michael Lee
So many things to do, so many books to read, so much to study, so much you want to accomplish-and so little time!
You've heard the joke. "I try to take one day at a time, but lately several days have attacked at once."
Sometimes, that's how it feels if you don't practice proper time management. There's so much to do and you're already burning the candle at both ends, yet you never seem to finish everything you set out to do, everything you need to do.
The Spanish have a proverb that says, "Time is short, but wide." That means we all have the same twenty-four hours each day; it's what we do with it that matters. So what do you do when there's so much demanding your attention and seemingly not enough time to get it all done?
First, in order to use your time wisely, it's essential to find out where you waste time. Maybe it's watching television or playing computer games, or even talking on the phone. If you work at home, you may find that well-meaning family and friends can waste a great deal of your working time. It's hard to make them understand that just because you work from home; it doesn't mean you are always available to them.
You need to prioritize those many tasks. Start by making a to-do list of the tasks that need to be done each day. Only include the essential, must be done by day's end, jobs. Don't waste time on the trivial tasks. Estimate how much time each job will require. Try not to under estimate, or you'll feel like you're running behind all day. However, be realistic about what you can achieve in the time given. Don't forget to allow for the unexpected; have a contingency plan. It's important to be flexible; don't get stressed out over interruptions in your schedule.
Focusing on your priorities is extremely important. It's easy to get sidetracked with other less important tasks. Try to tackle the most important or most difficult task early in the day, when your mind is at its energetic peak. You're rested and raring to go. Jump right in and get going. It's too easy to put off that uncomfortably difficult job, day after day. Procrastination then sets in and you're in trouble,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. Be honest and ask yourself this question. Is this something I absolutely have to do or need to do right now? If not, push it to one side for later or if it's important, but not urgent, delegate it to someone else.
For many tasks, small blocks of time will do. Fifteen minutes here, your world and remote viewing., thirty minutes there, and you'd be surprised how much you can finish by day's end. Check off each task as you complete it. This will give you a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
Get yourself a Day Planner or pocket calendar, and start keeping track of your obligations, tasks, commitments and goals. Update it regularly. Each night, make your to-do list for the next day, so you know precisely what you'll be working on.
And remember what H. Jackson Brown, help a lot in your grief recovery in a way that you let others know how you feel., Jr. said, your family. "Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo DaVinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein."

" versus "What does it cost me to keep it

Get Organized: 7 Things You Can Get Rid Of by Carrie Greene
OK,then you will not come face to face with failure, I'll admit it,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots; I love getting rid of things. A couple of weeks ago I was sitting in my office and suddenly had the urge to purge. I filled four bags with papers, notes and other things that weren't serving my needs.
The reason I love getting rid of things is because of the space I discover. It's not only physical space I discover but also space in my mind. I get energized and become more creative.
What I've learned through my work with my clients is that I'm not the only one who gets a rush when space is created but sometimes it's hard to figure out what you can let go of.
When my clients and I talk about getting organized and decluttering the key question that we try to answer is: "What do I get by keeping the object i.e.: what's the value?" versus "What does it cost me to keep it?"
What you get, the value or benefit, is often measured in terms of usefulness, sentimental value and beauty. Cost is generally measured in terms of time, space and money.
Here is a list of seven things that generally cost more to keep then the value they give you in return.
Things that you have printed off the internet that you've been meaning to read. They take up physical space and often weigh heavily on your mind because you haven't read them. The really good news is that should you need any of this information in the future you can reprint it.
Old, travel size, half used bottles of shampoos, lotions, soaps, cosmetics, etc., that you simply don't use. These items take up valuable cabinet and counter space. It is true that some of the products may still be good and someone else could use them but unless you are using the products you are not getting any value from them and neither is anyone else. Give them away or throw them away and benefit from all of the found space.
Clothing that you will wear again when you lose 10 pounds or are stained, don't like or don't wear. These clothes are preventing you from finding the things that fit you and look good on you,and faint wind chimes. Another benefit of getting rid of these clothes is that when you lose 10 pounds you'll get to buy something that you will really enjoy.
A gift you received that you don't like or will never use. Even if the person who gave it to you is special or the gift was expensive. What value is that gift giving you? Do you think that the person who gave it to you would want you to feel burdened by it?
Something that you bought for yourself, even if it was expensive, that you simply no longer like, never use or won't use again. What benefit are you getting from keeping it? How much space does it take up? How do you feel when you look at it?
Tools or gadgets that work great for someone else but don't work for you even if others swear by it. Just because it works for someone else does not mean it's right for you.
Knick knacks, souvenirs and other little things that you've collected over the years that remind you of a trip or experience. Do you smile when you look at it or does it get lost in a collection of stuff? Just because you don't have the souvenir doesn't mean you don't have the memory.
As you go through your things use these questions as a guide.
What value or benefit does this give me,because I'm going to trust my intuition?
Is it costing me more then I am getting from it?
Does someone else what me to have or use it?
Is it something I keep meaning to use but never seem to?
Is it costing me more then it is worth to me?
My suggestion to you is get these things out of your home, office and life quickly. I know it can be difficult to throw out "good" things, especially these days, so you might want to plan a big yard sale or find an organization or someone to donate the things you no longer value but please do it quickly.
Remember, unless you actually get rid of these things they are still costing you. Make the decision and act on it. You have a lot to gain.

global warming

Reclaiming Our Resilient Spirit
Our spirits are taking a beating. The daily barrage of bad news, violence,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, shrinking resources, global warming, and economic slowdown can put us in a state of frustration and paralysis. Some days, getting out of bed can be a challenge.
Within the word "resilience" are actions we can take to reclaim our bounce-back ability.
R: Remember to breathe. The ability to calm down is critical in order to take stock and move forward.
E: Enlist support of others. Love people and be lovable in return. A supportive family (whether genetic or hand-picked) is what keeps people alive. The English word wretched comes from the Middle English word wrecche which means "without kin nearby, you send it back to the chef.."
S: Stay focused. Intentionality lays the groundwork for what we want in our life. See it, say it and claim it. Don't let external forces cloud your vision.
I: Identify your strengths. Energy and good health are two of the most essential ingredients in resiliency. Work on your physical well being first because it is the quickest way to gain control over a world that is uncontrollable.
L: Laugh out loud. You'll be amazed at the looks you get. And you'll feel better.
I: Insist on optimism. Positive mental health comes from the ability to reframe a situation. This is not the Pollyanna or head-in-sand avoidance of reality but rather a recall of ways in which you have handled similar situations.
E: Extend yourself to others, after cropping it and centering it in the frame. Self-absorption backfires. It only serves to deepen depression and worry, and the pain of struggle and strife so acute. Going out to serve others lifts the cloud around yourself and allows you to become both blessed and a blessing.
N: Never say "never". The resilient spirit knows that there is always tomorrow.
T: Thanks-give it! There is much to be grateful for.
