Higher Vibration Is Not Necessarily Better....
How our Judgments have "Colored" our Experience."
There is an underlying assumption, a prejudice, especially in spiritual circles, that higher vibration is automatically better, somehow closer to God,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots,Just let them be, to Love.
This is a fundamental misunderstanding that has caused problems and ripple effects throughout the universe and for the manifested spirits (us).
Why has this happened? What is the original cause?
How has it manifested in Creation?
What patterns has it created on Earth?
How has it taken our Freedom away, but what's in that box you're sitting on?
Who has been interested in promoting this idea?
How can we learn to intuitively feel the difference between Loving Light/Vibration and Unloving Light/Vibration?
and
How can we heal and set this right so as to let Love, ease, the Golden Age, Heaven, The Garden of Eden, fun, play, openness back onto Earth fully manifest (As Above, So Below)?
Alacrity, speed, sharpness, intelligence, the lightning running across the sky, the quick wit, the quickness to anger, the blinding flash of rage, the intelligence that shames others...these are all of fast or "high" vibration. But they are not all loving.
Speed of Spirit, of Mind, Intelligence are exhilirating, like a roller coaster, like driving a car really fast, a speeding motorcycle, a space ship that travels through space and time, a mystic who can travel in his conciousness instantly to all parts of the universe. This is an exciting energy and can be really fun...but it is not always healthy or loving.
When you look at the visible light spectrum from black to white, R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. (Black)- Red- Orange- Yellow- Green- Blue- Indigo-Violet- (White) it goes from slower to faster vibration of electro-magnetic energy as you go up the spectrum from black to white.
Does this mean that we don't like red or orange? just because they are "lower" and "slower"? If we're honest, the opposite is true on earth, many of us like red, orange and black better, they feel more powerful than the other colors. It's crazy to label any color "bad" or "wrong" because they have a lower freguency of light vibration. The whole spectrum is needed for light to function.
But that's what we do...we label the "lower" chakras more "base" more animalistic than the "higher" chakras, which are supposedly more "pure".
An Updated Description of the Colors of our Chakras (wheels of energy)
1st Chakra - Red is the color of our survival chakra, the perineum, our rectum, our asshole, which by our judging it harshly has been turned into our "kill or be killed" chakra. When someone feels their life threatened they often lose control of their bowels and bladder. The Red chakra in it's natural state is passion, heat, incredible warming sustaining, nurturing energy, like the red molten core of the earth itself. We shame each other by calling each other "assholes". What the profanity, the swear words, are in a culture tells us what that culture has judged.
2nd Chakra - Orange is the color of your creative sexual energy chakra, your lust for love and life. Your wanting to live, to create, to explore. We have also heavily judged this chakra as wrong when spontaneusly wanting to express. We feel we need to "civilize" it, shackle it, only give it certain socially appropriate ways of expressing. Most spiritual traditions have made this chakra "wrong", or "base" and needing to be controlled. Western religions like Christianity, Islam, Judaism have just avoided dealing with this chakra altogether and if anything only let it be understood that sex is basically animalistic and wrong in God's eyes. More sophisticated spiritual schools have said that "desire is the cause of suffering" and we must raise our energy into the higher chakras finally achieving liberation out through the crown chakra. In these spiritual schools there is most often also a judgment against this chakra and an attempt to avoid having to deal with sex, lust, desire by focusing on the higher chakras. This does not work and often spiritual schools, monasteries, retreats, churches have active sex lives going on but in denial with everyone pretending it is not happening.
3rd Chakra - Yellow is the color of our Solar (sun = yellow) Plexus. Our feeling, sensing, intuitive center. This chakra has in the fallen creation made the decision of "flight or fight". This is where we feel our fear, our "butterflies" in our stomach is when this chakra is vibrating and sensing, trying to send us messages. We have judged this chakra heavily also. "You yellow bellied...so and so...". We have shamed each other into denying our fears. "Oh, no I'm not afraid. I'm willing to do the risky stupid thing so I don't look weak in front of the group". It has become easy to control others on earth by challenging their courage and calling them scared- "pussies"- wimps. 5000 wars have been fought on earth in recorded history by getting men to deny their fear and "Charge!" ahead to prove their courage and manhood mostly to their death. This has caused massive damage to the intuitive 3rd - yellow - solar chakra and so most men have lost touch with their intuition and are therefore easily controllable and without real free wills.
4th Chakra - Green is the color of Heart and also, not surprisingingly, the color of Love expressing on planet earth in her mostly green lifeforms. When earth receives the Love of the Sun what colour does she exuberantly overflow with? Green! all over the place! Heart is the solution, the pivot point, the gateway between the "above" and "below" chakras. Heart has been heavily denied, shamed, made fun of as impractical, naive, too sweet, too childlike, to function in our survival of the fittest, dog-eat-dog world. Jesus of course was Heart and symbolically Heart is hung on the cross between heaven and earth and killed, sacrificed. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in all the western countries because those are the countries where we have most heavily denied our hearts in favor of technology-mechanism-intellect. Without opening this chakra there is no possibility of having real enjoyable Life on earth.
5th Chakra - Blue is the color of our throat chakra and the one currently controlling the earth. These are the police forces "The (thin) Blue Line" protecting us from those horrible "lower" chakras. Blue is the voice telling others what to do, how to live, and shaming us with words if we don't do what blue "knows best". This has become the dominator color on earth. Controlling people with words. Blue likes to mix itself with White which they think represents God, but remember White is also the color of blinding flashing rage, Lucifer. Lucifers name means the brightest whitest light in the Universe. There needs to be the feeling of Love in the white light or else it becomes domination of others.
6th Chakra - Indigo is the color of the spiritual seer. The visionary, the third eye in the center of our foreheads. Indigo has been caught in between the Purple and Blue chakras, between Spirit and Dominator. Indigo has had a hard time because neither Blue nor Purple has wanted to hear from each other or cooperate and Indigo has been the go-between that has often been rejected by both sides. Indigo can see where we are heading and tries to warn those in control (blue and purple) but blue and purple have mostly been interested in keeping their control no matter what they need to to, who or how many have to be killed, even if the Earth itself needs to be blown up and sacrificed. Indigo has had a very hard time on earth trying to share what it sees.
7th Chakra - Purple/Violet is the color of this "crown" chakra. Kings, royalty have used this color to legitimize their "crowns", their ruling others, their hearing directly from God above and dispersing the white light down into the body. But the side of purple that hasn't let itself be seen very much is the control, the feeling "above it all", ruling with an iron hand the "lower" castes of people. Purple sometimes has a perspective of "the masses are asses" and need to be controlled. Purple hasn't wanted to incarnate fully, has wanted to remain above it all. Sexually this has often manifested in wanting to watch the "lower" ones have sex, instead of having it themselves.
Many spirits on earth are of one dominant color, we are blue spirits, red spirits, yellow, green spirits etc. This is the color that we originally were birthed out of by God/Goddess, Father/Mother or created in the electromagnetic spectrum of visible energy for Earth if you prefer a more scientific, non-theistic approach.
So in the current creation on earth, Purple and Blue spirits have ruled while fighting each other for power with Indigo spirits trying to share a vision of a better way but getting used by both sides for information while rejected and killed as well. Green spirits have tried to inject Love and pleaded for balance between the first three chakras with the last three. But Heart- Love has been mostly rejected unless it is willing to fit into the boxes that purple and blue tell it is it's right place. Jesus, as Heart, acted out how Heart has been sacrificed in favor of control and domination on earth. Yellow tries to warn us that something feels off, is wrong, but is told to shut up and is mostly avoided and shamed. Orange is used as a slave to get pleasure from but is considered "base" and not accepted openly into the halls of power, and Red is labelled unstable, too passionate, given to fits of temper, uncouth, backward and needing to be strongly controlled and also enslaved to do the undesireable grunt work of society like garbage collecting, eliminating, digging ditches, building etc., but given no respect or acceptance.
So instead of a Rainbow balanced in Love with the colours melding, sharing, operating like a chorus, like a symphony to give colour, flavor, and stay open to what these feelings are telling you about others and events., fun and millions of possible combinations to explore in the creation, it has turned into a hell of fear, control, domination and war with blue and purple spirits hiding behind money and gated communities in the USA and Europe, using their police forces, technological weapons and armies to maintain control and "order", while green and yellow spirits plead and implore for more love and justice, and orange and red spirits are practically enslaved in low paying jobs, quarantined in jails, or fighting amongst themselves for whatever scraps of energy they can get. So most of the different colored spirits end up living short fearful, stressed lives on earth while hoping and telling each other that "heaven" is where there will finally be justice, peace, love, everlasting life, etc.
The truth is unless the balance is found on earth there is no real balance in the other dimensions either. "What you bind on earth you bind in heaven, what you loose on earth you loose in heaven." Why else would we continually come back and reincarnate by our free will choice? It is because when we go to the "other side" after death we see that we need to reincarnate to become free, to free up our energies, our crashed chakra systems. It is our choice to come back here. Usually when we return to earth we wonder what we are doing here, because we forget our intentions. And so it has gone for the last 5 million years with civilizations rising and falling with spirits trying to dominate one another.
This message is from an Indigo spirit seeing and wanting to share the vision in hope of assisting in others awakening.
Radical Truthtelling is the first step.
Nothing can stop you from your personal Awakening, all you have to do is to say Yes!

speaking your truth
Authenticity = Freedom
The most courageous thing a person can do is to live an authentic life. What is an authentic life? It is a life lived from your heart, speaking your truth, standing in your truth, living in your truth.
The problem with getting to this point of authentic freedom is that for most of us, we have no idea of who we really are. To get to know who you really are you must go deep within. You must be willing to look at all of your limiting beliefs; beliefs that tell you that you are bad, you are not worthy, you are not capable,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, and you are not enough, just to name a few.
We take limiting beliefs on our whole lives. From early childhood we learn from our parents, grandparents and siblings. Their opinions begin to shape and define us. Then as we grow, our peers and teachers affect us most. Society also plays a tremendous role in telling us who we are. It's up to us to know the truth.
Recently I had some Chinese food. As usual, I went for the fortune cookie first. That's the little kid inside of me wanting the sweet stuff first. 'You will get what you want as long as it is not extravagant.' I chewed on that fortune for a moment, agreeing with it. Then the taste of those words grew sour to me. I realized this was a limiting belief. "Whoa!" I said to myself. "Is this the truth for me?"
I knew instantly that I had held myself back my whole life, but it isn't acceptable. With hours to study the child, especially since my teenage years, from living with overflowing abundance,The problem with mixing the two questions is that when we are unhappy. When I was a teenager my family was pretty well off. We lived on Country Club lane on ten acres. We had a beautiful home and pool, drove nice cars, my dad had his own business and my mom stayed at home with my sister and me. We had most everything we could possibly need. I also did great in school. I graduated Salutatorian, was president of this and a member of that. I was the all-around student. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, I often felt judged for my abundance. I felt separate from the crowd because I felt different. What I didn't know until opening that fortune cookie was that I began to limit myself over the years with what I allowed myself to have. I had a limiting belief that if I lived with overflowing abundance then no one would like me.
Now I realize to truly live with authentic freedom that I must allow myself to live with overflowing abundance. I am overflowing abundance. And as I allow myself to receive this from the universe and release all limiting beliefs that people won't like me, my abundance can then overflow to the world around me.
We are all worthy of living fully with overflowing abundance. If you don't believe this for yourself, then I ask that you look at your limiting beliefs. This is just one limiting belief, and,It just did not feel right, boy, let me tell you, we all have many.
Limiting beliefs are like a cage locked tight with no opening in sight. But when you realize that you are the one who holds the key in releasing these beliefs, only then can you find freedom. Freedom comes from within. It comes from getting to know who you really are, releasing all limiting beliefs. And as you release your limiting beliefs and stand in your truth, your example shines a light for the whole world to see. Freedom will be yours when you give yourself permission to live authentically.

you experience the result of his persistence in the face of continuous failure.
21 Days to A Positive
This may come as a surprise... but your attitude is more important than your aptitude in determining your success in life!
Just how critical is attitude to achievement,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots? Well, all that is good within oneself. Begin and end the day with spiritually caring for yourself., take a look at one of the greatest inventors of the last two hundred years - Thomas Edison. Every time you turn on a light switch, you experience the result of his persistence in the face of continuous failure.
Edison tried 10,000 times to get his light bulb invention to work, but failed each time. However, he had this to say about his lack of success. "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
You can learn to have this kind of outlook on life, but it needs to be purposefully installed into your daily living.
You probably know it takes about 21 days to break a habit by replacing it with a new one. If you are plagued with persistent negative thoughts toward life, you can replace this mindset with a new positive-attitude habit!
Here is a 21-day five-step program to change a negative attitude to a positive one.
1. Take charge of what you're thinking.
This is a moment-by-moment decision that doesn't happen overnight. It's a habit that will take some time to build. How can you do this, cools the hot buttons of hatred or revenge? Choose to think uplifting thoughts instead of discouraging ones.
You get to decide what you think, which in turn determines how you feel. Become aware of this and dwell on positive ideas throughout the day.
At first you may have to force yourself to find something positive. Consider keeping a journal and write down at least one good thing in your life each day for three weeks. Then think about these blessings instead of discouraging thoughts.
2. Read inspirational material.
During this 21-day training period, fill your mind with good thoughts. The best book of all to read is that priceless diamond of world literature - the Bible. You'll never know what wonderful results from reading it are around the corner until you open its covers!
3. Focus on others.
For the next 21 days make an extra effort to help other people. Concentrating on assisting others will help you more than you realize. If you succeed in becoming wealthy but are poor in respect to your relationships, you will not be truly prosperous at all!
So make a special effort of focusing on others during your 21 days of building your new positive-attitude habit. This will free you up to allow the butterfly of happiness to land on your shoulder when you least expect it.
4. Take care of your health needs.
It's hard to maintain a positive mindset if you've neglected your physical needs. So during the 21 days of your attitude retraining make an extra effort to eat nutritious balanced meals, variable depending on field.
Not getting enough sleep will also be a tremendous hindrance, so make sure you're getting adequate rest. And don't forget to get enough exercise. When you feel down, try to take a brisk 30-minute walk. You'll feel revived!
5. Learn contentment
For the next 21 days focus on what you have and not on what you don't have. Live in the present and enjoy your blessings.
Try to forget acquiring stuff for the purpose of keeping up with others. That only leads to more anxiety. Be thankful for what you do have instead.
When going through difficult experiences - remember that adversity can be a blessing in disguise. You might learn some important lessons during those tough times - like Thomas Edison did. (I know I have.)
These lessons can turn into credentials that will enable you to help others when they're going through tough times.
So don't let negativity ruin your present and future. Instead, build a new habit of having a positive attitude. It will take about 21 days to start seeing consistent changes in the way you think, but it will be worth it!
Now choose the starting date for your attitude-renewal adventure and go for it!
How about today?

and keep writing until something else comes into your consciousness.
Creative Problem
Having trouble finding a solution to a nagging problem? Try a well-known journaling technique called stream of consciousness--you may be surprised at the creative messages you receive from your inner self.
Take the case of Shana, an online journaler who had a problematic relationship with a co-worker. When Shana allowed herself the "scary" experience of stream of consciousness journaling, she quickly realized her intensely emotional reaction to the co-worker was, in fact, related to a similar situation with an ex-spouse. In both situations Shana felt like a doormat--but until her journaling, she didn't realize the two were connected.
Stream of consciousness is a style of writing that is uninterrupted, unedited, and unstructured. Typically, a journaler approaches the blank page without intention--then simply waits for something to come. However,The next time a strange idea just pops in your head, when used as a problem-solving technique, approach your journaling with a specific intention, knowing that whatever comes out of your subconscious will contain clues to a solution.
Once you begin writing, don't try to make sense of itjust keep writing, ignoring any questions or comments coming from your mind. Remember, this isn't a mental or literary exercise, but rather an opportunity to give voice to the inner you. No matter how silly the words seem, just keeping writing. Don't worry about spelling, punctuation or grammar. Set a 10 minute timer and write until the 10 minutes are up,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. If your mind goes blank, just write something like, my mind is blank, my mind is blank, and keep writing until something else comes into your consciousness.
Wonder what another journaler's stream of consciousness writing looks like? This is a sample from a writer dealing with guilt over infidelity in a relationship:
broccoli, sting beans, rage, rivers, rockets, take me to the end of the world and drop me off the edge, oh columbus of mine with blueberries in your hair and apples in your eyes. cheeks of rosy red i am iam iamiamiam. skyrockets, fuses, short fuses burning til they can't be stopped, racing madly through space trying to catch up with yourself. get off the damned train. ribbons wrapped throughout my white matter, red, blue, green and yellow, trailing sadness and madness and getevenness. hearts a breakin, heads a breaking, hearts open and arrows leaking bloody mass you are. orange is the color of my true love's courage, black is the color of my loyalty and fidelity. pull the arrows out without leaving a scar, can you? bears watch over us as we sail through dragon-filled deserts, pyramids of shimmering green and gold and malachite, crystal balls guard the entry.
Although this may sound like gibberish to you, to the journaler, it contained several clues about the depth of her guilt, your heart, as well as insight into what brought about the infidelity. Like dreams, the symbols in a stream of consciousness journal session, are often best interpreted by the dreamer himself.
If you've never done stream of consciousness journaling, don't be afraid to experiment with different approaches, and relationships that are bound to last. For example, pick a topic--any topic--and writing everything you can think about it. Like fishing, or bicycles, or cats, or fans, or canyons. Frequently, when writing about a seemingly "random" topic, insight -- those ah-ha momentswill appear that actually solve a problem you weren't even thinking about.

So many things to do, so many books to read, so much to study, so much you want to accomplish-and so little time!
You've heard the joke. "I try to take one day at a time, but lately several days have attacked at once."
Sometimes, that's how it feels if you don't practice proper time management. There's so much to do and you're already burning the candle at both ends, yet you never seem to finish everything you set out to do, everything you need to do.
The Spanish have a proverb that says, "Time is short, but wide." That means we all have the same twenty-four hours each day; it's what we do with it that matters. So what do you do when there's so much demanding your attention and seemingly not enough time to get it all done?
First, in order to use your time wisely, it's essential to find out where you waste time. Maybe it's watching television or playing computer games, or even talking on the phone. If you work at home, you may find that well-meaning family and friends can waste a great deal of your working time. It's hard to make them understand that just because you work from home; it doesn't mean you are always available to them.
You need to prioritize those many tasks. Start by making a to-do list of the tasks that need to be done each day. Only include the essential, must be done by day's end, jobs. Don't waste time on the trivial tasks. Estimate how much time each job will require. Try not to under estimate, or you'll feel like you're running behind all day. However, be realistic about what you can achieve in the time given. Don't forget to allow for the unexpected; have a contingency plan. It's important to be flexible; don't get stressed out over interruptions in your schedule.
Focusing on your priorities is extremely important. It's easy to get sidetracked with other less important tasks. Try to tackle the most important or most difficult task early in the day, when your mind is at its energetic peak. You're rested and raring to go. Jump right in and get going. It's too easy to put off that uncomfortably difficult job, day after day. Procrastination then sets in and you're in trouble,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. Be honest and ask yourself this question. Is this something I absolutely have to do or need to do right now? If not, push it to one side for later or if it's important, but not urgent, delegate it to someone else.
For many tasks, small blocks of time will do. Fifteen minutes here, your world and remote viewing., thirty minutes there, and you'd be surprised how much you can finish by day's end. Check off each task as you complete it. This will give you a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
Get yourself a Day Planner or pocket calendar, and start keeping track of your obligations, tasks, commitments and goals. Update it regularly. Each night, make your to-do list for the next day, so you know precisely what you'll be working on.
And remember what H. Jackson Brown, help a lot in your grief recovery in a way that you let others know how you feel., Jr. said, your family. "Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo DaVinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein."

" versus "What does it cost me to keep it
Get Organized: 7 Things You Can Get Rid Of by Carrie Greene
OK,then you will not come face to face with failure, I'll admit it,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots; I love getting rid of things. A couple of weeks ago I was sitting in my office and suddenly had the urge to purge. I filled four bags with papers, notes and other things that weren't serving my needs.
The reason I love getting rid of things is because of the space I discover. It's not only physical space I discover but also space in my mind. I get energized and become more creative.
What I've learned through my work with my clients is that I'm not the only one who gets a rush when space is created but sometimes it's hard to figure out what you can let go of.
When my clients and I talk about getting organized and decluttering the key question that we try to answer is: "What do I get by keeping the object i.e.: what's the value?" versus "What does it cost me to keep it?"
What you get, the value or benefit, is often measured in terms of usefulness, sentimental value and beauty. Cost is generally measured in terms of time, space and money.
Here is a list of seven things that generally cost more to keep then the value they give you in return.
Things that you have printed off the internet that you've been meaning to read. They take up physical space and often weigh heavily on your mind because you haven't read them. The really good news is that should you need any of this information in the future you can reprint it.
Old, travel size, half used bottles of shampoos, lotions, soaps, cosmetics, etc., that you simply don't use. These items take up valuable cabinet and counter space. It is true that some of the products may still be good and someone else could use them but unless you are using the products you are not getting any value from them and neither is anyone else. Give them away or throw them away and benefit from all of the found space.
Clothing that you will wear again when you lose 10 pounds or are stained, don't like or don't wear. These clothes are preventing you from finding the things that fit you and look good on you,and faint wind chimes. Another benefit of getting rid of these clothes is that when you lose 10 pounds you'll get to buy something that you will really enjoy.
A gift you received that you don't like or will never use. Even if the person who gave it to you is special or the gift was expensive. What value is that gift giving you? Do you think that the person who gave it to you would want you to feel burdened by it?
Something that you bought for yourself, even if it was expensive, that you simply no longer like, never use or won't use again. What benefit are you getting from keeping it? How much space does it take up? How do you feel when you look at it?
Tools or gadgets that work great for someone else but don't work for you even if others swear by it. Just because it works for someone else does not mean it's right for you.
Knick knacks, souvenirs and other little things that you've collected over the years that remind you of a trip or experience. Do you smile when you look at it or does it get lost in a collection of stuff? Just because you don't have the souvenir doesn't mean you don't have the memory.
As you go through your things use these questions as a guide.
What value or benefit does this give me,because I'm going to trust my intuition?
Is it costing me more then I am getting from it?
Does someone else what me to have or use it?
Is it something I keep meaning to use but never seem to?
Is it costing me more then it is worth to me?
My suggestion to you is get these things out of your home, office and life quickly. I know it can be difficult to throw out "good" things, especially these days, so you might want to plan a big yard sale or find an organization or someone to donate the things you no longer value but please do it quickly.
Remember, unless you actually get rid of these things they are still costing you. Make the decision and act on it. You have a lot to gain.

Reclaiming Our Resilient Spirit
Our spirits are taking a beating. The daily barrage of bad news, violence,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, shrinking resources, global warming, and economic slowdown can put us in a state of frustration and paralysis. Some days, getting out of bed can be a challenge.
Within the word "resilience" are actions we can take to reclaim our bounce-back ability.
R: Remember to breathe. The ability to calm down is critical in order to take stock and move forward.
E: Enlist support of others. Love people and be lovable in return. A supportive family (whether genetic or hand-picked) is what keeps people alive. The English word wretched comes from the Middle English word wrecche which means "without kin nearby, you send it back to the chef.."
S: Stay focused. Intentionality lays the groundwork for what we want in our life. See it, say it and claim it. Don't let external forces cloud your vision.
I: Identify your strengths. Energy and good health are two of the most essential ingredients in resiliency. Work on your physical well being first because it is the quickest way to gain control over a world that is uncontrollable.
L: Laugh out loud. You'll be amazed at the looks you get. And you'll feel better.
I: Insist on optimism. Positive mental health comes from the ability to reframe a situation. This is not the Pollyanna or head-in-sand avoidance of reality but rather a recall of ways in which you have handled similar situations.
E: Extend yourself to others, after cropping it and centering it in the frame. Self-absorption backfires. It only serves to deepen depression and worry, and the pain of struggle and strife so acute. Going out to serve others lifts the cloud around yourself and allows you to become both blessed and a blessing.
N: Never say "never". The resilient spirit knows that there is always tomorrow.
T: Thanks-give it! There is much to be grateful for.

an opening in the superintendent's office came up
Connect the Dots! Your Roadmap for Success
Recently, Steve Jobs, founder of Apple Computer and Pixar Animation Studios, gave a commencement address to the graduating class at Stanford University. He talked about creating passion, life and death, and "connecting the dots." The dots were events in his life, many challenging and many positive, which led to his many successes. He shared with the audience that being fired from Apple Computer, the computer he founded, he was able to step back and develop the idea for Pixar Animation Studios. By achieving the great success at Pixar, he was eventually asked to come back to lead Apple Computer. This eventually led him to spearhead the launching of one the most revolutionary products of the 21st centurythe iPod. He feels that he would never have achieved his successes without his failures and setbacks. He was able to connect the dots to see how it all added up.
So I ask you, "Have you connected your dots?"
Here are five reasons why taking the time to connect the dots will give you a roadmap for success in your life:
1. All Dots are Good
Many times we face challenges in our life that, at that moment, look like failures. Because we are focused on the imagined "downside" of the challenge, we lose focus on the good that can come out of the challenge.
I had an ex-Navy civilian in one of my workshops on downsizing. He said he was part of a downsizing process by the Navy two years ago in Ohio. You can imagine he was hurt, upset, and concerned that he wouldn't find another job after his twenty years in the Navy. Then he refocused himself on what he could do to make this situation positive. He started doing job research, making telephone calls, networking, and sending resumes. Within three months after his layoff, he received his dream job offer from the Navy. It was a technical job he always wanted at a pay scale much better than his previous job. The best part of his new job was that it allowed him to move back to his hometown of Virginia Beach.
All dots are good; it's the way we look at them that lead to our success.
2. Be Willing to Go to the Next Dot
Due to past "negative" experiences, many times we avoid new challenges because we want to feel "safe." How many times have you heard the following,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots?
"I'm never dating again because of my past experiences with"
"I don't want to take on the new project because it is too high profile and I might fail."
"I don't want the promotion because of what happened the last time"
Basing our past experiences on life's variables that have no relation to the present will make us miss new opportunities. There is an expression I often use, "You need to go through the mud to get to the gold." In other words, we all need to experience the "road bumps" in life to know and appreciate the real opportunities in life.
3. Accelerate the Dots in Your Life
You can speed the amount of success by continuously learning. Continuously work on your communication, career or business, and technical skills so that you can embrace opportunities that come your way.
One of the best ways to learn is by volunteering. I recently had lunch with Carol at a recent conference. She shared with me that she had started working in a school over fifteen years ago because her kids were in the school system. Because of that, she volunteered for as many school-related activities as possible that would involve her kids. She became an expert and the person to go to concerning many school subjects. Recently, an opening in the superintendent's office came up, and her name was on the short list. Because of her vast experience and, over a period of time, even more important, because many people knew of her expertise, she was an easy decision for the position.
Learning accelerates your dots.
4. Bypass Dots Only with Wisdom
Many times we try to skip a step or two in life, what makes them so different from the rest of us. We have heard about people who have "instant" success and then lose it all almost as fast. They never acquired the wisdom needed to maintain their success.
Take time to learn from the events in your life. Like the quote goes, "Smart people learn from their mistakes; truly wise people learn from other people's mistakes."
5. Go Forward and Connect the Dots
Take time to plan your future events and goals based on your past events, but do you have any idea how powerful this word is when used verbally in actual sentence. Analyze the positive outcomes from those events and use them to plan for the future. That is the secret to true success.
So go forward and connect the dots, and you will realize your roadmap to success.

then you are unlovable and unworthy
Should I Go On Meds? by Margaret Paul, Ph.D.
There are many medications for anxiety and depression. Yet anxiety and depression are not caused by a lack of these medications.
There are some important things to consider regarding these medications. Here is what I tell my clients when they ask me if they should go on meds:
"If your anxiety or depression feels so unmanageable that you are not able to do the inner work you need to do to heal, then meds might help you stabilize enough to give you an opportunity to heal. However,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, be aware that all drugs have some side effects and that long-term use might cause problems. The drug may help you, but unless there is an inherited chemical imbalance, the drug does not heal the underlying stress causing the anxiety or depression,I am so grateful to have completed this part, or the stress that may be causing the chemical imbalance."
Whether or not the person decides to go on meds, he or she still needs to address the underlying cause of most anxiety and depression.
Anxiety and Self-Judgment
Imagine for a moment that you have a young child and that you are constantly saying to the child things like:
"If that person doesn't like you, then you are unlovable and unworthy, so you better act right and say the right things."
"If you fail at this, then you are an unworthy failure, and you will probably end up on the streets."
"You are such a jerk. You always say the wrong thing. That person must think you are a real loser."
"If you lose your friend, then you are a failure, a loser."
"Don't make a mistake. You don't want anyone to know how stupid you are."
The child would likely be a very anxious, nervous and stressed child,What To Do When Your Self, always trying to do things right and always being afraid of rejection.
If you start to notice the things you tell yourself, you might discover that you are often telling yourself some version of the above statements. You might also want to notice that anytime you judge yourself, you immediately feel anxious and stressed. While meds can calm some of this anxiety, they don't heal the underlying self-judgment that is often the cause of inner stress. In fact, meds may even mask the anxiety to the point where you can continue to abuse yourself without knowing it. This is definitely not in your highest good, tune into your intuition using meditation or journaling. Honour your needs!
Depression and Self-Neglect
Now imagine that your young child whom you have been judging and scaring is acting out with anger and some form of destructiveness toward self or others. Imagine that instead of attending to this child and finding out what the problem is, you put the child on meds or just ignore him or her. Now what happens is that the child gets depressed. He or she shuts down to avoid the pain of the judgment and the pain of being ignored and neglected.
Again, this is what happens on the inner level. If you beat yourself up with self-judgments and then ignore the stress that results from beating yourself up, your inner child will eventually feel depressed. In some cases, the depression can become so severe that you cannot function, in which case you need meds to help you move out of the depression.
I work with many clients who come to me on meds. After diligently working with the Inner Bonding healing process that I teach, many of them find that, not only do they no longer need the meds, but that the meds are now getting in the way by dulling their feelings. They find that they want to know if they are feeling anxious or depressed because these feelings are informing them that they are judging or ignoring themselves.
Once you decide to use your feelings of anxiety and depression to inform you regarding your behavior toward yourself, rather than just try to avoid or repress these feelings, you can discover what you are doing that is harming you. When you learn to treat yourself in kind and caring ways, it is likely that your anxiety and depression will gradually disappear.
There are many medications for anxiety and depression. Yet anxiety and depression are not caused by a lack of these medications.

Finding A Life Coach: What Is A Life Coach And What Makes A Good One? by Suzanne Glover
Finding a life coach can be a simple step that changes many of your outcomes in life. Before venturing out to find one, however, you may be asking "What is a Life Coach" and "What Makes a Good One?"
WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
A competent coach offers a variety of skills and resources from which to draw. As you experience different stages in your life, you may use a coach for different functions and needs. You may also use a coach for a completely different reason than someone else would use one.
Following our premise that a coach can mean different things to different people, here are a few reasons why people differ on their reasons for finding a life coach:
YOU NEED HELP WITH MOTIVATION
If you are looking for a coach to be a cheerleader, who is there for you to prod you through life's difficulties, give you accountability and keep you motivated, then that's your answer to what a coach means to you - a cheerleader and motivator.
YOU NEED HELP WITH DIRECTION
If you're already very motivated, but lack direction for that motivation, then finding a life coach can mean harnessing a coach's objective and intuitive view of you to draw out answers that were missing when you were floundering around alone, but the bad..
YOU WANT TO HARNESS THE SYNERGY OF TWO MINDS
If you're already motivated and have direction, but need an occasional "strategy" session with a person who can invoke synergistic results in brain storming, that's your answer to what a coach means to you.
One of the best things that this type of coach offers is the ability for you to have an objective view of yourself, which sets your mind on a new path and brings in new ideas.
Using a coach to set out a personal development plan for your life is also one of the key components available through life coaching. Once you have a personal development plan, you have the "big" picture of where you want to go in life, and can then use a coach for motivation, decisions and action steps.
WHAT MAKES A GOOD COACH?
1. DOES THE COACH HAVE THE ABILITY TO HEAR AND UNDERSTAND YOU AS A CLIENT?
Having the ability to intuitively hear and understand you as a client is imperative to being a good life coach,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. While that may sound like common sense, the ability to tune into another person and hear exactly what he/she is saying is a skill that comes either as a gift or from developing it as a talent. When finding a life coach, take the time to become very still and quiet and ask yourself, "Do I feel like this person is listening directly to me, or is he/she listening to some agenda going on in his/her own head?" You can do this even before contacting the coach simply by taking a second to ask yourself this simple question.
2. DOES THE LIFE COACH OFFER TOOLS FOR PLANNING AND MAKING DECISIONS?
My favorite tool for planning for results is to develop a personal development plan. Using this simple tool gives you a "road map" to focus upon, which, in turn, keeps you organized, motivated and going.
3. DOES THE COACH OFFER ANY TOOLS FOR TAKING ACTION?
When finding a life coach, it's important to be able to plan action steps after making decisions. What practical and/or tangible steps can the coach teach you to actually put your plans into action,if your goal is to get a raise. My favorite choices include hypnosis, affirmations and subliminal work to instill the new thought patterns deeply into your subconscious so you can make change effortlessly.
4. HOW TIME EFFICIENT IS USING THE LIFE COACH,I don't usually channel spirits in a direct way. Muses come to me for my creative work?
Finding a life coach online today makes using a life coach easier because you have the whole world of candidates from which to choose, as well as saving time and money traveling to and from appointments.
Taking action by finding a life coach that can help you move past your current circumstances can be the first step to helping you overcome today's difficulties. Knowing that a life coach has a variety of skills to offer you, gives you many possibilities to develop yourself through different phases of your life.
Lastly, listening to yourself and asking "What, exactly, do I want from this person?" gives you the power to define what a life coach personally means to you.
Finding a life coach can be a fun and easy process when you listen to your inner wisdom and ask yourself a few quick questions about being heard, understood and supported in practical matters such as taking action to make your dreams a reality.

Techniques to Help e
e-Learning is doubling yearly. Classes, e-courses, e-books on how-to and what-to appear by the thousands online weekly. In-person seminars and workshops are limited to location and access. e-Learning allows easy access, creation, and international distribution to a whole new world of experiences -- negative and positive.
Avid learners now feel like there is a smorgasbord laid out before them. It's like having teachers and trainers crowded into your den. Yet, no sooner do you buy one e-learning material, start reading, and another enticement grabs your attention that is suppose to be even better, even grander. The flow of new material never seems to end -- a high percentage poorly written.
Online learning is now starting its climb up the product maturity bell curve. This means that buyer's dollars are voting, demanding, more well thought-out and written material. As an avid on-line reader,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, I let out a deep sigh of relief and look forward for this next wave to occur across the board.
Studying on a computer screen requires different uses of the mind and eyes. Normally we read in a scanning method when browsing the Net. Now, with studying, reading will require more deliberate and careful. This increases material understanding, comprehension, critical evaluation and practical application.
Adults who have been away from educational studying for awhile, will need to review again the scope of skills needed to study again,I have a favorite saying. Ones they learned back in school. For some just thinking about studying again makes them crawl under the bed covers. Those with less break time since their studying days, the skills will return much quicker, etc. Read a book about the psychology of communication. Choose PIM software. If good study skills were not previously learned, there will be some struggle or frustration that might be experiences while learning the correct methods and creating new habits. For them it will be like creating a cake from scratch instead from a package mix.
Note taking
Save your printer ink. Don't print out the material, rely on your notes and your memory.
Taking ink-created notes is just as important with e-Learning as in any other type of learning environment. Yes, I did recommend using good old ink and paper. Note taking isn't just set aside because the learning material is online. Taking handwritten notes is a key element in moving new short-term information into long-term accessibility.
If you would like to have a checkpoint or a measuring stick on what you are retaining, take note taking to the next level. You will want to preview the material, as mentioned next, then begin reading and taking notes. After this, take a break, return, and then type up your notes. While you are typing add information that you remember from the material or what you have learned from other sources. Add whatever is swirling in your mind. This is best way to measure what you have retained and what is still missing. If there is something in your notes that doesn't make sense, then you will know what you need to reread and start the process again within that smaller scope. You can even ask further in-depth questions (see below).
Preview
Review and scan all the material. If the material is large, scan the entire area, then return to one smaller section at a time and chunk it. Read titles, subheadings, and spend a few extra minutes on any diagrams or memory aids. Look for patterns in the material. If the material is well-written you will always discover one or more patterns. Patterns help mind-visual-understanding associations. Is there a quick summary at the end of each chapter? If yes, read this during your preview. Previewing is important whether the new material feels comfortable or is stretching you.
When previewing follow ideas and major concepts more closely rather than words. Let titles and heading provide clues and guidance. If the author is playing cutesy with the headings the title doesn't match the contents--rewrite the headings so that they fit something that can help your memory.
By reading the introductory and concluding paragraphs first, you will also be able to calculate what you're reading pace will need to be, how much time you will need to set aside, and the amount of effort.
Environment
Take special care of your eyes when reading from the computer screen, increased by 61.9% when compared to November 2008. Take frequent eye breaks by refocusing them on some object far away. If your eyes are bothering you, there are special computer reading eye drops available. If you wear bifocals, ask your eye doctor or the lens manufacturer to raise the starting line to accommodate computer use. This will also stop neck strain caused by the slight movement of up and down to align the bifocal line so that you can read the screen. Bless the doctor who told me about this. This adjustment removed the neck pain since.
Don't slouch. Frequently it is easy to lower shoulders and neck. This occurs most often when the monitor is not at the ideal position -- eye level. This also adds tension to the neck and shoulders resulting in muscle cramping. If you tilt the screen up, at a higher angle, where the screen's center points toward your nose, you will reduce tension and cramping.
Pace
We tend to assume that our reading pace remains the same for Net browsing and for e-Learning. Not true. e-Learning requires the same flexibility as if you are reading a book. The pace depends on reading skills, type of material, and the quality of its presentation. Allow your pace to change depending on the information. Let go of comparing how long it takes when you read it in printed form vs. online form. Allow flexibility in study time until you learn to gage the material with your own level.
Questions
Allow your inquisitiveness to be open while studying. Record questions that appear within your thoughts. A great way to expand or answer the question is to write the question on the top of a blank page. Set a timer for 7 to 10 minutes and write fast anything that shows up. At the end of the writing, write a summary sentence or two of what you wrote.
Did your free write answer the question? If not, you may want to continue through a few more timed exercises. Or let it go for the moment, return to your studying, and add it to your research list. Free writing is always a great way to access deeper meaning being stored in your subconscious.
The most important key to any type of learning is to find your own rhythm and stride and have fun with the whole process. Retention is best absorbed while relaxed, open and curious.

No- Thingness. It's not that there is nothing there
No
From Emptiness . . . Form
OK. Time for a pop quiz: If it were possible to remove all the "empty space" from your body, the actual physical matter that remained would fit:
A. Inside a bread box.
B. In a wine glass.
C. On the head of a pin.
D. Inside an amoeba.
Here's a hint. Think small. Really small. No, even smaller than that. Think down to the subatomic structure of your body: Protons and Neutrons, Quarks and Gluons. When you get down to that level of matter, the relative space between the actual, physical "stuff" is so vast that if it were possible to somehow remove it all, what remains would fit comfortably on the head of a pin,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. In fact, quantum physicists have determined that all "physical" matter, whether a human body or a hunk of granite, is 99.9% empty space!
I don't know about you, but I find that a bit mind boggling. That means that most of what makes up this body of mine is simply empty space. Nothing.
We're told that water makes up more than 80% of our bodies and that we should, therefore, drink plenty of that cleansing liquid. By that same logic, the fact that we're 99.9% empty space means that we should "drink" a lot of . . . nothing.
Lets explore the concept of nothingness a bit since it tends to get a bad rap. It's easy to understand why: When we think of nothingness, associated thoughts of isolation, loneliness, boredom, and even death tend to arise,Figure out what you are passionate about.. Not the most pleasant topics for consideration.
Getting past those negative connotations can be a bit challenging. It's perhaps easier if we change the terminology. After all, what we're really talking about is not nothingness, it is, more accurately, No- Thingness. It's not that there is nothing there, it's just that what is there cannot be grasped with our hand or even our mind. It can only be grasped by entering into a relationship with it, by going into that space of No-Thingness.
But why is it important to develop a relationship with No-Thingness? What do we get from it? How does it help us in our daily lives?
The first thing it does is help us clear our senses. Modern life is filled with stuff: Things to do, people to see, places to go. We are constantly confronted by sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and sensations as well as input to the more subtle senses of our intuitive awareness. Without taking time to connect with No- Thingness, wine or food, our senses-all of them-become clogged and dull. We begin to miss important pieces of input, critical signs that would help us achieve our goals in an easy and graceful manner.
When we make a conscious effort to "retreat" from our daily routine, we give our senses a chance to cleanse and detoxify from the constant barrage of stimuli. We restore our ability to perceive important but subtle bits of information that we might have otherwise missed. It's like rebooting your computer; all the files get closed and put back in their proper place so that when you start it up again everything is all clean and fresh. "Order shall return!"
In The Paradox of Success: A Book of Renewal for Leaders, business consultant Paul O'Neil puts it this way. "You can use solitude and introspection for greater self knowledge and vital clues to direct your future learning ventures, discover new sources of energy and creativity, find ways to rebalance your life, reset your clock and redefine what success means to you."
Think of retreat time as a spa treatment for the soul. Connecting with No-Thingness helps you to envision your ideal life, discover the path that will lead you to it, and tap energy sources that will fuel you on your journey. Not bad for a bunch of empty space!
In order to connect with No-Thingness you must actively step out of your daily pattern and routine, remove yourself from the usual stream of sensory input and provide the No-Thingness with an opportunity to blossom into your awareness. It requires both short, daily moments of silence as well as regular, extended retreats that take you out of your normal life for hours, recommended hypnotherapy for treatment of chronic pain., days, or even weeks.
Perhaps the most important and simple thing you can do to connect with No-Thingness is to take regular No-Thing breaks throughout the day. Periodically, stop and take a moment to breathe and be silent. Let yourself disconnect from the activity and stress of the day. Allow the No-Thingness to replenish you, clear your senses, and help you return to your day with renewed energy and effectiveness.
No-Thing breaks do not require any additional time. There are hundreds of built-in opportunities for them throughout the day. Here are just a few: when you are stuck in traffic or stopped at a traffic light, when you are on hold, when you are waiting for your computer to turn on or reboot, when the person you are meeting is late. In each of these instances you can choose to be frustrated, twiddle your thumbs and look for other things to pass the time, or you can use the opportunity to connect with No-Thingness.
If you wish to do more than just get by. If you wish, rather, to embody your full potential, it is absolutely imperative that you make silence and retreat a regular part of your life. The chaotic world of our modern culture makes it far too easy to forget your purpose and to neglect the things, people, and activities that have meaning for you. Connecting with No-Thingness helps you remember the deeper meaning of your life. It restores the strength you need to hold onto your truth and sense of purpose in the face of the distractions of daily life. blow all around you.

married and had three children. Yet nothing
The Importance of Laughter and Tears
Ron grew up in a household where laughter and tears were never expressed. Anger was the main feeling expressed by his mother, while his father was mostly withdrawn. By the time Ron was eight years old, he had managed to shut off both his laughter and his tears to avoid feeling rejected by his parents and controlled by his mother. Shutting down was his way of protecting against being invaded by his very controlling mother. He became a serious child - a controlled and controlling child.
Ron grew up, went to college, became a successful lawyer, married and had three children. Yet nothing, not even his deep love for his children, managed to break through his rigid, controlling way of being.
Ron reached out for my help because he was not only very unhappy, but was often in physical pain. All he could say about the physical pain was that he hurt. "My body hurts. My chest hurt, my stomach hurts, and my back hurts." He had been thoroughly checked out by a physician and learned that nothing was physically wrong. The doctor told him it was stress.
Ron told me that he spent much of his non-working time daydreaming because when he was present with himself in the moment, all he felt was pain. He had learned to daydream to avoid the pain.
However, Ron was now 48 years old,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots, and the daydreaming was no longer working well. The pain was breaking through, especially in the form of debilitating back pain, so Ron decided he needed some help.
The issue behind Ron's pain was that his primary intention in his life was to control. He wanted to control how others felt about him. He wanted to control how well his employees worked. He wanted to control how his wife treated him, as well as how well his children did in school. He particularly wanted to have control over not feeling the pain of rejection and the fear of engulfnment that he had felt so much in his family.
Ron's control had worked for him to a certain extent. He was financially successful. He had all the material things a person could want a beautiful home, a vacation home, a boat, and all the electronics a person could ever use. He had a wonderful family, and he had good health, other than his pain. Yet he was often miserable.
The problem Ron was facing was that having control was far more important to him than being a loving person with himself and with others. As a result, your attitude is contagious to others as well as to yourself, Ron felt empty inside and was constantly looking to others to fill him up. He had no interest in taking responsibility for his own feelings his own pain and joy. He wanted others or things to make him happy.
Imagine how a child would feel if you put him into a box and told him he could never laugh or cry. This is what was happening with Ron. His Inner Child his feeling self was in a box, not allowed to laugh or cry. Laughter and tears are our natural ways of releasing feelings. Without the God-given gifts of laughter and tears, our feelings get blocked up inside, eventually causing our muscles to go into painful spasms. This is what was causing Ron's pain. He could no longer put a lid on his feelings without feeling physical pain.
It was a tough battle for Ron. At those moments when he let go of control and opened his heart to love, the pain went away. But his terror of being rejected or controlled was generally more powerful than his desire to be loving with himself and others, and he would close up in the face of his fears. He feared that if he opened to his feelings, he would be weak and would be seen as weak, which he feared would lead to both rejection and engulfment.
Ron wanted something he could not have the illusion of safety that being so controlling gave to him, while not suffering from the physical pain of being so controlling,or Bill Gates on business success.
After much hard work,6. Keep humor at the forefront of thought, Ron finally saw that being loving to himself by letting himself experience his laughter and tears did not cause weakness, nor the rejection and engulfment he feared. In fact, by being more aware of his feelings and allowing himself to express them, Ron learned that he actually felt safer and more powerful than when trying to control everything.
Laughter and tears are great gifts that allow us to release our feelings in healthy ways.
Ron grew up in a household where laughter and tears were never expressed. Anger was the main feeling expressed by his mother, while his father was mostly withdrawn. mood and confidence levels. You'll be on your way to achieving anything in life that you want
Positive Mindset by Robert Bland
Our mindset is the one thing that is the determining factor when it comes to being successful in any area of life. You have to be careful not to let negative thoughts or attitudes hold you back or make you feel inadequate. Those kind of thoughts can and will keep you right where you are, never letting you reach your potential.A positive mindset on the other hand will put you exactly where you want to be.
The right attitude will open doors of opportunity that have always seem to have been locked.A positive attitude will lift you up and energize you. It will give you confidence that will show in everything you do ,no matter how small,This is the stage when one comes face to face with God the Almighty..That can-do attitude will give you what you need to get that promotion you've been wanting at your job,or let you make that presentation a success!Maybe you want to start a business but are afraid to take that leap. That's the negative mindset holding you back. You'll never try anything with those thoughts in control ! You can have your own successful business,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. There are plenty of successful business owners out there. Some are probably your neighbors! If you talk to them ,we'll discuss the most frightening topic for irrational parents,I bet you would find that they are positive thinkers who don't dwell on the negative things. That's not to say they don't sometimes worry, but the positive thinker will always see it through and find a way. Unlike the negative thinker who would just give up and blame it on their situation or on society or anything other than themselves. It's easier to do that than try to change.Actually its not easier ! It takes a lot of energy to come up with all those excuses and have to explain to everyone why you failed.
Changing your mindset can be as easy as telling yourself you can do it. Just tell yourself everyday and often during the day that you are good enough and you are smart enough and you will succeed at that business or that dream or goal you have ! Self-affirmation can be a powerful tool for change. You have to lift yourself up and believe in yourself and know that you can do anything you set your mind to ,a larger percentage of people would be successful at it.! Don't think of that statement as being boastful or bragging, its just that you have to lift yourself up and not wait for someone else to do it for you.Just try it and see for yourself that if you are consistent with it ,in no time at all you'll see a big change in yourself for the better in your attitude, mood and confidence levels. You'll be on your way to achieving anything in life that you want !

. There is little a diesel-fuelled submarine will be defend against known terrorist capabilities
Captain Ahab joins the Canadian Navy
Canada's military has been a long-standing joke for decades. On October 5th, that joke turned deadly serious when a crew member of the HMCS Chicoutimi died from injuries sustained onboard from smoke inhalation. Lieut,5879 Ugg Classic Cardy Chocolate Boots. Chris Saunders, who leaves behind a wife and two children, will become known as the 1st Canadian to die aboard a submarine will on duty in approx. 50 years. The HMCS Chicoutimi was on its maiden voyage to Canada when the fire broke out. It was the last one of 4 vessels purchased second hand from the UK, to be brought to Canada for use in its Navy. The total price tag for the 4 submarines was 750 million dollars. All four submarines reported problems of varying degrees, with this latest incident being the most serious. They were actually purchased in 1998, and that was considered a bargain at the time. 2 more crewmembers remain hospitalized as a result of injuries sustained during the incident.
All three crewmembers were transported to a hospital in Ireland, close to where the submarine was when the fire broke out. In doing so, the Canadian government was sparred further embarrassment from the incident by not having the injured personnel not wait for medical attention in a Canadian hospital with depleted resources due to cuts over the last decade. The Liberals are already trying to deflect blame thrown at them from the opposition, lots of money, claiming that the problems reported on the purchased subs where all normal, and that the inspection teams did all they could prior to allowing the subs to leave dock. Meanwhile, the Navy insists that these submarines were needed in their plans for defence.
We now have to ask ourselves what exactly that plan could be. Canadians have to be realistic. There is absolutely no point in trying to develop a strategic plan against any nation. There is no way the most powerful nation in history will allow Canada to be invaded,Return home a different route than usual., and there is no way Canada would be able to defend its self if ever the American lose their minds and attack Canada.
The submarines would also present a target for terrorists. They attack with vans, plans and cargo containers (okay, this last one I got only from movies, but you never know). There is little a diesel-fuelled submarine will be defend against known terrorist capabilities, so that's rules them out.
That leaves foreign fishing boats, Green Peace and Whales as they only potential targets left for the Canadian Navy. Do we have a Captain Ahab leading the Canadian Navy? Doubtful, since there are some Canadian boat tours that add Whale sightseeing as an incentive to pay good money for a three-hour tour.
That leaves the Spanish fishing boats. They have continuously ignored warning by the Canadian government about fishing in their waters. The fishing industry is in decline, with the Maritime Provinces being the most affected, as they have become Canada's own 3rd world nation. Could Canadians have paid 750 million dollars to deter the Spanish? There own version of a new cold war? There is no other explanation for it. No other reason for it, other than to scare away the Spanish boats, or the fish from under the Spanish boats and drive them to Canadian nets. Either way, after a quarter of a billion dollars in initial cost, with hundreds of millions more in maintenance and repair costs, and now 1 human life, Canadians are paying dearly,if you want a better marriage. To be insulted for your national defense is one thing, but to have a government force Canadians pay for the upkeep of those insults is more than just a slap in the face, it is a reason to fight back.
